Inspired by the traditional Hatha description of a shala, the Surya Yoga Shala is a tranquil space located in the heart of Greenhaven in Rye, NY featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that face the sunrise.

Bathed beautifully in natural light and surrounded with oxygen-giving plants, this studio was designed to foster reflection, transformation, and restoration.
