All payments are requested before the start of class. Payment can be made by credit card, Zelle, or check. No cash or Venmo.
PAYMENT POLICY
All cancellations must be made 24 hours before class to qualify for a make-up class. No refunds are given for canceled classes due to emergencies within 24 hours of class.

Hélène Roy Yoga LLC offers yoga instruction only to students who acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the Terms of Service below.
In exchange for the yoga instruction and by participating in it, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you have read and accepted the attached Terms of Service, that yoga is a physical activity involving a risk of personal injury only you can control, and that you are assuming that risk of personal injury and waiving and releasing any personal injury claims against Hélène Roy Yoga LLC and Hélène Roy arising out your participation in the yoga instruction.
You shall not participate in any yoga retreat with Helene Roy Yoga LLC without first accepting all terms and conditions in the following yoga retreat contract.
