A weekly Ashtanga-led class. Students are guided up to the Half Primary Series of the Ashtanga Yoga system with poses and breath count called in Sanskrit.

I love Hélène’s positive and friendly energy that is perfect to start the day with. I always feel energized after her classes. The hands-on assists and advice for specific postures have been deeply appreciated and helpful to progress my practice. I’m new to yoga. I started yoga a few months back looking for more flexibility in the body and more balance in life. Working as a physician in a hospital my schedule is unpredictable and I’m very busy; in private sessions, we work on my own schedule and at my own pace, so I don’t have to worry about catching a class. With Hélène, I feel super confident and taken care of. She gives me her fullest attention and is amazing at understanding my weakness and tailoring each session to work on those. We always start and finish our session with breathing practice which is so relaxing.
